"I wanted to say white
and it came out green.
"He said blue; I understood black.
"When he repeated, I didn't listen to him."
Now, sitting down at the edge of my time
I look back and laugh.
Words do not trouble me any more,
because I'm learning
how to speak with my being.
I practice to listen
with my soul.
And when any dialogue comes
to a dead end
I can always open new roads
in the infinite space of my heart.
